All Square is a nonprofit social enterprise that invests in innovative programs and ideas to heal the harms created by the criminal legal system. One facet is through its nonprofit grilled cheese shop in the Minneapolis that opened in 2018. All Square hires previously incarcerated individuals to help them get back on their feet and give them a work history to help transition them back into society.
